By printing out, and mailing this form along with the original registration certificate,
the seller is transfering ownership of the said animal, and authorizing the GOSA Registrar
to record the transfer, and issue the registration to the buyer.
Transfer Fees: $5.00 per transfer for current members
$10.00 per transfer for non members
